Streptavidin Conjugate — Cy3-Streptavidin is commonly used. It can be purchased from any vendors including GE Healthcare (PA43001), Invitrogen (S-32355, Alexa Fluor 555 streptavidin), Sigma (S6402) and others. Alternative dye streptavidin conjugates may be used in place of Cy3-streptavidin if the dye is compatible with your array imaging system.
